Radiologists have a legal duty to inform not only the risks associated with the radiological act to patients, but also the results of their findings, either to the doctor or medical center and even to patients in cases of emergency or inability to locate the doctor. The double appearance of this double duty to inform radiologists is key to understanding how it must be fulfilled and what its effects are in the event of non-execution.
